Thanks go to Scott P. Eisensmith for some of the questions. To prepare for this quiz, you should familiarize yourself with all the information found on the Unofficial Penn State Recruiting Page. However, not all of these questions come from the Recruting Page, so you'll still need to know quite a bit of PSU trivia to do well.
Once I get some data, I'll post average scores, high scores, low scores, etc. For now, though, I'd say you've done pretty well if you get much over 50% right.
If you are willing to reveal your score, I would VERY MUCH appreciate it if you e-mail it to me. Please be honest, though, if you do send me your score. Don't send me your score for your 3rd or 4th try, just your first. Your score will be kept anonymous, the only thing that I will keep is the number so that I can calculate some averages, and I will not reveal any individual's score without their permission. If you get a 42% and want to tell everyone you got a 70%, that's fine with me, just send me the correct score so people can have something fairly accurate to compair themselves with!
Be careful when resizing/reloading this document while taking the quiz. If the document reloads, you will have to start over.
1. Eventually, I will add a feature which allows you to skip certain questions without affecting your score. You should be allowed to skip a certain number of questions, perhaps 10, without it having a negative effect on your score.
2. I am considering making certain questions "bonus questions", ie, making them worth more than 1 point.
3. I am currently working on a Report Generator that you view after you are finished with the quiz. It will review all the questions, allowing you to see what questions you got right, what questions you got wrong, and the correct answer for those that you got wrong. This should be pretty nice when I get it working, but it might be a while!
4. I will be adding and removing questions from time to time, as I get feedback from users.
