We're PSU people for 32 years, and our loyalty has never waivered. BUTTTTTT, after the Mich.State fiasco (we were there), do we really want to get embarrassed again with Florida??!!? We need an extremely LARGE group of fans at the Bowl to survive this one!!

This is the 3rd time I have lived in MI. For years I've heard the big ten reporters write about the big ten schools. The past three out of four years have been great. This year, well the only thing worse than the 3.5 hours of the Michigan & Michigan State games will be the next 12 months. But I can't wait...people will have4 no trouble finding me as my Lawn Lion stands proudly.

See January 97 entry for Gary Yeager. Desperately looking for fans and alumni here in the heart of Washington State country. Would like to put together an association meeting at a local sports bar where we have watched nearly every PSU game for the past several years. Contact one of us via E-mail. Great site. Go Lions.

Here I am, sandwiched in between big red country and Hawkeye country ... bleeding blue and white! I wouldn't want it any other way. Joe Pa is the kind of coach to be admired, the program is squeaky clean.

Wanted you to know that SuperPrep now has a website:
www.superprep.com
It's primarily an advertising vehicle now, with only a small amount of national recruiting info at SuperPrep's Recruitin' Trail. It will become a pay-for site when we get up to speed. timetable unknown.
We hope you will check out the site periodically and if possible, we would like to linked to your site.
Conrgatulations on your great victory over the Bucks. Out here on the west coast, we really don't see the same calibur of football or fan excitement. The Nittany Lions are really something.
I've enjoyed perusing your site.

We should get the recognition we deserve now because there are so few teams undefeated, but i am sure they will find a way to screw us out of being # 1 by seasons end....Let's enjoy while it lasts because it won't be because of Psu losing a game that we are # 1 but the pollsters taking it away...I hope not ....ROAR LIONS ROAR

OHIO STATE THIS YEAR IT IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 63-14 LASHING.

This is a great page, having just moved down south I use my
computer to keep up with the Big Ten and PSU. They think the
Sec is the only conference. I had the pleasure, if you want
to call it that to go to the South Carolina Auburn game. I do
not want to here any more comments about how quiet Beaver
Stadium is. The Carolina crowed is very boring, no wave,
no sectional cheers and the students don't do any thing or
throw even a beach ball around. It was nothing like a PSU
Game and when was the last time it was 90 degrees in October
in State College. No matter what people say Beaver Stadium
is a great place to watch college football. Thank God for
DDS and the internet, all of us transplants can still be in
the loop and follow the lions. I will miss going to Beaver
Stadium to see Joepa and the lions.

Well done, I was looking for the 1997 recruit list on the PSU homepage and they didn't have anything listed. One suggestion, shorten the page because it's a bit lengthy to download.

I THINK YOU SHOULD SHOW MORE HISTORY THAN YOU DO. THE '48 COTTON BOWL.
ELWOOD WAS AN UNCLE. WOODY IS MY COUSIN. STATISTICS ARE OVERATED IN
FOOTBALL. I THINK IT IS INCREDIBLE HOW A 148 POUND MAN BY THE NAME OF ELWOOD
BROUGHT A TEAM BACK FROM DEFEAT AND TO THE THRESHOLD OF VICTORY. WHO WAS
THE RECEIVER THAT DROPPED THE WINNING PASS IN THE ENDZONE. WAS HE THE FIRST
BLACK RECEIVER AT PENN STATE? WHAT ABOUT THE DEATH THREATS RECEIVED FROM
HOSTILE WHITE TRASH IN TEXAS?
